MOVING TO TRUSENDER

A familiar signature. A carefully managed move.

Switching signature services should feel organized. We work with your administrator to recreate your design, validate a small pilot and move the rest of your team in stages.

  1. 01

    Understand your setup

We review your current signature designs, users, groups and Microsoft 365 mail flow. You provide a representative signed email and original logos, banners and legal text.

  2. 02

    Recreate and review

We build an editable TruSender template using directory fields and your brand assets. You review the appearance before anything is assigned to live users.

  3. 03

    Prepare a small pilot

Your Microsoft administrator authorizes setup. Routing starts disabled while the connections and pilot group are checked.

  4. 04

    Switch the pilot group

Exclude those users from the existing signature service before activating TruSender for that same group. One signature service per person prevents duplicates.

  5. 05

    Test real conversations

Check external delivery, new messages, replies, forwards, links and images across desktop and mobile. Review delivery activity and keep a rollback route ready.

  6. 06

    Expand at your pace

Move the remaining groups in stages. Retire the previous service only after the required users have migrated successfully and the new setup is stable.

You stay in control.

Your authorized administrators can share access with your IT provider. Scope, timing, pricing and the rollback process are agreed before activation. A first-client rollout begins with a pilot, not a same-day switch for everyone.

GOOD QUESTIONS

A little clarity
before we begin.

Will you change Exclaimer automatically?

No. The migration assistant helps analyze an existing signature and create a draft. It does not change Exclaimer or activate Microsoft mail routing automatically.

Do you import Exclaimer template files?

No. We recreate designs as editable TruSender templates. Original image assets and a representative signed email help us reproduce the layout.

What if the pilot needs to stop?

Disable TruSender routing and follow the agreed rollback procedure to restore the previous signature setup. We plan that sequence before the pilot begins.

How long does migration take?

It depends on your designs, groups, administrator availability and testing needs. We’ll propose a schedule after reviewing your current setup.
