Useful signals.
Understandable decisions.
A newsletter can be annoying without being dangerous. TruSender focuses on deliberate threats: impersonation, credential theft, payment fraud, callback scams and malware.
AI is one part of the decision. Sender checks, URL evidence, attachment analysis and administrator review work alongside it.
A meaningful security concern needs a closer look.
The available evidence indicates malicious intent.
Begin with visibility
Start in audit mode. Review what the service finds before considering automatic mailbox actions.
Bring your judgment
Confirm threats and correct false alarms. Feedback and trusted-memory learning have separate controls.
Validate before expanding
Review results against real examples and your organization’s needs. Model updates are evaluated before promotion.
A little clarity
before we begin.
How do we get started?
Contact us to discuss your Microsoft 365 environment and security needs. We’ll guide setup with your IT administrator, agree the scope and begin with visibility into your email activity.
Does this replace normal junk-mail filtering?
No. TruSender’s focus is malicious intent and meaningful security risk. Ordinary spam and marketing remain the responsibility of your existing mail filtering.
Which email platform should we use?
Microsoft 365 is our primary customer platform. Gmail is currently used for testing; we’ll confirm any supported scope before onboarding.
Does AI automatically learn from every correction?
No. Review feedback does not automatically retrain the model. Learning and candidate evaluation are separately controlled.
Let’s see what fits your team.
Tell us about your Microsoft 365 environment. We’ll walk through the right service, setup and pricing.
